The Vineyard.

Our small vineyard consists of just 497 vines. The combination of our local soil and the Great British weather provides the perfect conditions to produce English sparkling wine. Our sparkling wine is not for public sale but we are more than happy to give you a peek of our little winery, along with a glass or two…

Our first vine was planted in 2015 and each vine has subsequently be nurtured individually by hand. The vineyard consists of both Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir type grapes. Each year in late September/early October, we invite our closest friends and family to lend a hand with the harvest of the grapes. We built a small winery in 2020 where we process the grapes and bottle the wine.

The Hut.

‘Hut in the Vines’ was born during #lockdown1.0, over a bottle of Park House English sparkling wine. Combining Jill’s holiday letting experience with Andy’s passion for wine making; to create a truly unique and memorable experience.

We have formed a cosy and quirky space with a great outdoor eating and bathing area. At the end of the evening, snuggle up under blankets and star-gaze with your favourite tipple.

The Experience.

Standing majestically at the far side of our vineyard, awake amongst the vines each day. Depending on the time of year, you could see the grapes mature.

Imagine your own little private space, set amongst the vines where your every need is met for a unique stay in the countryside. Do you long to escape the chaos of everyday life? The countryside is peaceful and positive and free from the distractions of technology and suburban life.

Savouring the delights of freshly bought food on the charcoal bbq - there are some great places to grab some fresh meat from the local farm shops (or order a pack from us). Why not fire up the wood-fired pizza oven? You can order a pizza kit too!
